Hello Everyone! Yes, I'm back from Maui! I had a wonderful time, but I'm glad to be home again. I thought I'd share some of my "good times at the beach", with you. Sounds fun, right? One of my favorite things about the islands is the tropical fruit. Lilikoi (my favorite), Pineapple, Guava, Lychee, Papaya, Coconuts, and Kiwis, to only name a few! Awe, fresh! Now I cannot get that back home! They just taste better on the Island! Of course, being me, I couldn't not bake. Even on vacation! So I did a little baking in the tropics. One of the things I made was a passion pineapple cobbler.
I also made a moist coconut cake! It was so yummy! Although I love Maui, and I had a wonderful time there, I wouldn't change my Home for anything! Not Even for sipping a cold pina colada, while laying in the warm golden sand, listening to the gentle lapping of the crystal clear, teal colored ocean, on the shore.Some Pictures of Our Vacation!

Looks fun Marie! Wish we were all there with you. O well next time. I'm glad we are friends & I know it is because of the Word we are both hearing everyday.
