Exactly one week left until I begin the baking program at college! I'm so Excited! It's going to be amazing! Imagine, baking all day! Hooray! So, this week I went and got my chef uniforms and supplies for school. I feel so authentic... At first I was iffy about the hat, but it's definitely grown on me. I feel like a real pastry chef already! I'll keep you posted on what I'm learning and trying.
This first quarter I'm going to start by learning about Yeast bread, quick breads, cakes, pies, and tarts!

Sounds like alot of fun for you!!! Doing one of the things you love all day! Our family is always open to take any leftovers:) and yes quite the baker in that outfit:)

Your blog is SO cute! I'm so happy I got your addy...I LOVE having cake friends in town because most of mine live in New York and California. You'll have to tell me all about SPSCC soon-I've been contemplating whether to start courses there or stay 'self taught'. I go there now...but for forensics hehe
