I'm Back!

Hello Everyone! Yes, I'm back from Maui! I had a wonderful time, but I'm glad to be home again. I thought I'd share some of my "good times at the beach", with you. Sounds fun, right? One of my favorite things about the islands is the tropical fruit. Lilikoi (my favorite), Pineapple, Guava, Lychee, Papaya, Coconuts, and Kiwis, to only name a few! Awe, fresh! Now I cannot get that back home! They just taste better on the Island! Of course, being me, I couldn't not bake. Even on vacation! So I did a little baking in the tropics. One of the things I made was a passion pineapple cobbler.

I also made a moist coconut cake! It was so yummy! Although I love Maui, and I had a wonderful time there, I wouldn't change my Home for anything! Not Even for sipping a cold pina colada, while laying in the warm golden sand, listening to the gentle lapping of the crystal clear, teal colored ocean, on the shore.

Happy New Year from Hawaii!

Happy New Year Everyone! No, I did not stay up! Maui is 2 hours behind My normal time and I'm still on that time, so I was tired and only stayed up till 10:30. Oh, Well! I did have another wonderful day in the sun though! We went to the beach again today. It was very hot and clear. Hope this year is as wonderful as last! :)Happy New Year to everyone!

Toes in the sand! (day 2)

Yesterday was a wonderful, sunny day! I finally got to wiggle my toes in the warm, soft sand! This is one of my favorite things about the beach! We stayed at the beach all day! I love laying the warm sand, soaking up the sun rays until you can barely stand the heat! Then you run to the refreshing ocean and jump in! Awesome! Yesterday was wonderful, but I was drained and exhausted and went to bed early and slept wonderfully! Here are a few beach pictures!
